By downloading or using Answered - Dua Journal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 13+ to use the app.
You may not misuse the app, break the law, abuse billing flows, or bypass premium restrictions.
3. Service description
Answered is a private du'a journaling app for writing, tracking, and reflecting on answered du'as. Features may change over time.
The app is a personal journaling tool and does not provide legal, medical, or religious rulings.
5. Billing and subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
- Manage cancellations through your store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by store policies, not directly by Deen Labs GmbH.
- Restore purchases is available in the app.
6. Third-party services
We use third-party services for subscriptions and technical operation.

Data export is available in-app at Settings -> Privacy Policy -> Export my data.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse or breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to Courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (to the extent permitted by law).
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates apply when published on this page unless a different date is stated.
